Booking Information
The Fun Bus operates at both ends of the state. Both Fun Buses are decked out with party lights, pumping music and dance poles to create the ultimate party atmosphere.
We can cater for any events, birthdays, hens and bucks nights, work parties, corporate, schools, kids parties, wine tours, or just for the fun of it!!
Our night tours generally start between 6 and 8pm. We are very flexible with times, and can work in with your plans. Pick up points are usually at the Telegraph (Hobart), and Irish (Launceston). Hobart customers are entitled to a free meal. In Hobart you can choose between a parmy, steak or Schnitzel. If you require pick up from an alternative area, additional charges may apply depending on the location.
The Fun Bus offers the ultimate party experience. Alongside a free feed, throughout the night you will receive four to five complimentary drinks. Drinks include beer, wine, champagne, basic spirits, and shots (each venue will offer their own drink options). Your tour will have a host who will ensure that your night runs smoothly. Your host will get the party started and get your tour up and about both on and off the bus through playing party games, giving prizes, and providing you with your free drink tokens.
We have music on the bus that plays USB, CD, MP3, and IPods. We can provide a party playlist, but we understand people enjoy partying to different music so you are more then welcome to bring along your own if you wish!

Booking a Tour
- To confirm bookings, we require a $200 deposit, which should be paid no longer then 7 days after making your booking.
- If you are unable to make the payment within the set timeframe, please contact us, and we can make a different arrangement to help you out.
- Once a deposit has been made, we will contact you two days prior to your tour, this will be to confirm venues, and the amount of party goers getting on board.
- The remaining cost of the tour will be collected on the night.
- Your deposit will be returned at the end of your tour, providing there has been no damage to the bus or venues.
- If deposit is not returned that night, please phone or email with your bank details and deposit will be transferred into your nominated account.
- If you cancel your booking, you forfeit your deposit.
